What is Wrapp?

Wrapp is an app that gives you personal rewards based on your shopping behavior. When you connect your card to Wrapp you will get rewards when you shop from different brands that you find in your app and you get the cashback directly on the account that is connected to your card. Wrapp is all about intelligent transactions and it is a great way for your favorite brands to reward you for your loyalty!

How does it work?

When you register your Wrapp account you give your bank permission to share your transaction data with Wrapp. When you make a transaction with your linked card, this will show up in the app and you get a push notification*. When you find a reward in the app that you want to use, you simply shop in the certain store with your Wrapp connected card. You pay as usual in the store and as soon as we get the transaction data the cashback will show up in your app. It takes about 3-4 days to get the transaction data and you will get your cashback within 14 days.

*If you don’t want the push notifications you can easily turn them off. Just go into the “You”-tab and click Notifications.

Which banks work with Wrapp?

In order to connect your payment card to Wrapp, it needs to be issued by one of the following banks:

  • Nordea
  • Danske Bank
  • Länsförsäkringar
  • Collector
  • Sodexo

We are constantly working on connecting more banks to Wrapp.

How do I use a reward?

All rewards in Wrapp are automatically activated when you buy anything with your connected card. You pay full price at the point of purchase, and as soon as we receive the transaction data, which usually takes 3 to 4 days, the cashback is registered in your app. After that, you’ll have the money on your account within 1 to 2 weeks.

I can’t find the same reward my friend has?

All users don’t have the same rewards in their apps. Your Wrapp app is personal and the rewards you receive are based on when, where and how you shop. You can therefore be reached by all brands, but when depends on your purchase.

Why do rewards disappear from the app sometimes?

Sometimes a reward disappears from your app even though you have seen it, but did not use it. This is either because the budget has expired or your reward has been limited to use within a certain date.

How long does it take for a cashback to be deposited on my card?

Once you have used an offer and received a cashback, you will receive a note in the app. Your money will then be added to the account your card is linked to within 1 to 2 weeks. If you use credit cards, the transaction will appear on your invoice.

Who pays my cashback?

In the rewards that are presented by brands in our app, it’s the company behind the brand that give the cashback to their customers, either to encourage them to visit the brand, or reward them for their loyalty.

Can I pay by invoice or other payment method, but still use a reward from Wrapp?

If you make the payment via invoice or similar, the purchase will not be registered on your Wrapp account, and we will not be able to send you any cashback. Wrapp only works with your linked card(s), so in order for the purchase to be registered on your Wrapp account, the purchase must be done directly with the card. You can not use an invoice, direct debit or bank transfer, as these are deducted directly from your bank account.

Does my credit card from Länsförsäkringar work with Wrapp?

Unfortunately, credit cards from Länsförsäkringar can not be linked yet, so they are not visible in the card list. Right now, it is Länsförsäkringar's debit card that can be linked. The credit cards will be added later and we will notify you as soon as they can be linked.

Can I use Wrapp on my Windows phone?

Unfortunately, not enough people that can use Wrapp have a Windows phone at the moment, which means we need to focus our resources on making the app as good as possible for iOS and Andriod. Hopefully, the demand will grow the more we grow, and we’ll be able to develop a Windows version too.

Is there a Swedish version of the app?

Wrapp is currently available in English only, but many of our brands choose to write their campaign texts in local languages, so most of the app's rewards are in Swedish in Sweden. Unfortunately, we will not be able offer local language menus in the near future.

How do I shut down my account?

In order for us to do this you first need to unlink your card(s). You do this under You -> Your cards -> 'x' on the card and confirm with your mobile bankID. When that’s done you can contact us at and we’ll terminate your account. Please note that when we close your Wrapp account, your personal information is deleted, and there is no way for us to reopen your account or to rebuild your cashbacks or rewards.
