What is Wrapp?

Wrapp is a shopping and loyalty app that connects directly to your debit or credit card. As you use your card, Wrapp creates personalized rewards and offers just for you. By connecting your card to the Wrapp app, you will discover our open-offers, receive rewards based on your purchases, collect stamps with personalized punch cards and much more!

How do I connect my card to the Wrapp app?

To connect your card, simply apply for a re:member flex credit card through the Wrapp app. You will need BankID installed on your smartphone to verify your identity.

How are the Wrapp offers linked to my card?

Offers link to your card once they are activated. Activate your offers by viewing them in your Discovery feed or by opening a receipt from a recent purchase.

I made a purchase but it’s not registered in my app?

Most of the purchases you make with your card will be registered in real time. We work as quickly as possible but in rare cases it can take up to 72 hours for the shop or card network to send us the transaction data. Once a transaction is registered, you can find it under the My Card tab.

How many Wrapp offers can I redeem at once?

Congrats on racking up the rewards! We are excited for you but only one offer can be used per purchase.

Are Wrapp offers valid at participating merchants’ online stores?

Yep! Unless the offer specifies otherwise, you may use your offer online or in-store. Shop where and when it is convenient for you.

Can I login to my Wrapp account on another phone?

Yes, you can. Just download the app and follow the given instructions.
